Akropolis Athena expands the city-building challenge of Akropolis with a new layer of strategy inspired by the wisdom and power of the goddess Athena. As an ambitious architect in the Ancient Mediterranean, you must construct a prestigious city while earning Athena’s favor by completing specific Construction cards. Successfully fulfilling these objectives allows you to acquire Mini-tiles and assemble the grand Statue of Athena, enhancing your city’s development and boosting your final score.

This expansion seamlessly integrates with the core rules of Akropolis while introducing new strategic decisions. Each player can complete each Construction card only once, requiring careful planning to optimize their city's layout and resource management. The game concludes when only one tile remains in the Construction Site, with players earning additional points for completing the Statue of Athena, making every decision crucial.
